– Develop, produce, and execute photo and video concepts for internal and external marketing purposes. Responsibilities include concept development, collaboration with peers, managing schedules, setting up and carrying out shoots, and post-production.

– Annually collaborate with my supervisor and VP to develop equipment and software budget that best suits the company’s photo + video needs for the following year.

– Research and implement techniques and trends to separate Welty’s visual marketing efforts from its competitors.

– Maintain an organized archive of video and photo assets facilitating easy retrieval and repurposing for future marketing needs.

– Ensure optimal performance and longevity of company video equipment by conducting regular maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing preventative measures.

Wrote, directed, and edited 15-minute recap video for Welty’s 2025 Annual Meeting. The video is a highlight reel of each business unit’s biggest “wins” featuring voiceover and interviews from Welty team members.

Marketing Coordinator for the Reading Royals, a minor league affiliate of the Philadelphia Flyers.

– Strategized social media campaigns to promote 2022-2023 home games to increase single game ticket sales. Promotional campaign for Flyers’ Affiliation Night using organic and paid content resulted in the highest grossing game for the Royals in 15 years ($80,000).

– Collaborated with Creative Director in producing digital graphics and video content for marketing initiatives.

– Designed, executed, and analyzed digital ad campaigns that resulted in a 2-to-1 ROI.

– Developed email campaigns that utilized retargeting tactics to that resulted in a 50% increase in CTR.

– Photographed and filmed content on game days for social media use. Content captured was then added to a marketing catalog for future marketing purposes.

– Managed intern responsibilities in a manner that promoted their professional growth and fulfilled marketing responsibilities.

Digital content creator and analyst for the Cleveland Cavaliers.

– Created text, image, and video content for Cavaliers’ social platforms to engage a combined audience of over 20+ million followers on a day-to-day basis.

– Analyzed data from Sprout and Blinkfire to create monthly and year-end reports to advise peers on what content/practices were most effective.

– Prepared and published Cavaliers’ game previews for web and mobile using Drupal and Rover, respectively.

– Gameday responsibilities included cutting in-game highlights for social use, preparing score update graphics, and uploading postgame content to web.

– Collaborated with Marketing to create informational graphics for events hosted by Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse.
